Great Improvement

Hansel and Gretel are improving each and every day!! The IV fluids and antibiotics have turned Gretel back into a dog.
Hansel's hair is coming back and you can barely tell he was a helpless looking creature less than 2 weeks ago when he arrived at Northgate.
Gretel is amazing, she wants to play & bark & have fun. She is gaining weight and little fuzz hair is arriving slowly.
New pictures coming soon.
The only problem I foresee is if we have to separate them in the future. She is VERY dependent on Hansel.
When their round of antibiotics is complete, we will discuss neutering Hansel, although we do not want to create a set back. They both will need the Ivermictin for months. Gretel may need more medication for an extended period, we will evaluate when this round is finished.
Please look in your hearts and to your neighbors to consider fostering this pair. It will be at least 3-4 months of loving care, that your heart will be rewarded daily from Hansel and Gretel. The boarding costs are adding up , but thanks to your generous donations, we do not have to rush their recuperation in the hospital, where they receive much needed care and the watchful eye of Dr Gullett.
